GOP gubernatorial forum tonight in Rochester

Area Republicans will get their first chance to see nine GOP gubernatorial hopefuls in one spot.

The forum sponsored by the Republican Party of Olmsted County kicks off at 5:30 p.m. at the Rochester Ramada Inn and Conference Center with some time for mingling with the candidates. The forum begins at 7 p.m.

Here are the candidates slated to participate — Former state auditor Pat Anderson, Leslie Davis, state Rep. Tom Emmer, former state Rep. Bill Haas, state Sen. David Hann, Philip Herwig, state Sen. Michael Jungbauer, state Rep. Paul Kohls, state Rep. Marty Seifert.

Tickets are $30 at the door.
