Fastframe Gallery - Roch. = Lyle

The Fastframe Gallery along Rochester's First Avenue in downtown Rochester will soon not be part of the landscape.

Owner Mary Witt says after more than nine years at 324 First Ave. S.W., she is moving to Main Street in Lyle. This will put her store in the town where she lives.

It is not the future construction plans for her block that is driving the move. Witt says for family reasons, she want to bring her business closer to home.

She plans to close on Sept. 20 and re-open in Lyle in mid-November. Witt is not certain yet if she will still use the Fastframe name.

However, "it will still be the same fabulous store and the gift gallery will still be there," she says.

In connection to the change, she says her long-time customers have "given me so much support, it is unreal."
