Kiger goes Wild-ing at Bill's
So Wild Bill's will open the doors of its new Rochester place on Monday.
It will be interesting to see how this Western sports bar concept that has been successful in the Twin Cities plays here in the Med City.
Here's a clip of me rambling and squinting at the camera in Wild Bill's parking lot:

I think this place will be very sucessful...from my experiences in the Twin Cities, it's basically a Buffalo Wild Wings with a little Famous Dave's mixed in. They offer lots of good deals and specials throughout the week and a great happy hour!
They also have outdoor patios (and some are heated) at their other locations so hopefully the Rochester location will have a patio as well.
People will argue that a place like this is not needed in Rochester, but I disagree. BWW is always busy as are places such as Applebees and Outback.
I look forward to trying out the new Rochester location! A great addition to Rochester!

The key isn't so much the concept as management. They seem to have done a good job at other locations with that. As long as they've hired the right people I'd expect them to do well.

Was very good. Sounds like they will be adding outdoor seating, as well. Three tvs will be inside, facing out, for the seating. And I think a fireplace was mentioned. 53 TVs, currently. Managers were circulating and talking to tables to see how everything was going.
