Hot Fish Shop is cooking in Roch.

Batter up.

A regional seafood legend re-surfaced in Rochester on Tuesday when the new incarnation of the Hot Fish Shop opened its doors. Joe and Rick Coshenet, a father and son team, opened the restaurant at 3456 East Circle Drive N.E.

When in Winona they has a dress code forbidding shorts. Rather strange for a college town. Also only one refill on coffee.
