Ready to cool your heels @ the ice bar?
With the big chunks of artistically shaped ice scattered all over Rochester's downtown Peace Plaza, it is hard to overlook the fact that the much-hyped SocialICE event heats up tonight.
No matter. Here's a pic of the ice bar I snapped while meandering aimlessly around downtown.
It does look pretty…uh…cool.
Here's the details from the Rochester Downtown Alliance:
SocialICE opens tonight from 4:30-8:30 p.m. on the Peace Plaza! The band Chester Bay will kick off the live music in the skyway from 6-7:30 p.m.
Know more details all the shops/stores also have their craved ice sculpture display?

fred, just go back to your job glaring at kids who walk on your lawn. Jeff does his best, which I feel is pretty good actually.
