Charter Communications unveils new facility

091609charterbuildingjk  Charter Communications 102908charterconstructionjksnipped a ribbon with the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce this a.m. at its new $5 million, almost 31,000-square-foot facility overlooking Superior Drive Northwest from a hillside by the Hollywood 12 CineMagic Theatre.

Isn't Charter still officially bankrupt? Did they really need a new facility? No wonder our cable bills are through the roof. So what is done at this place? This where they keep the server farm?

And why when there is a outage in the neighborhood can't they just say that from the start anymore. Also why do they give someone in far away lands a list of "American" names.
