Another brick in the Walgreens
Since my five-year-old son started really digging Pink Floyd a couple weeks ago, I have been wanting to use this headline for an update on the construction of the South Broadway Walgreens mega drug store.

An article in the Mpls/StPaul mag last week said that only 40% of chain store income stayed in the community but 60% of local business income did. So why do you get all pumped up about a chain that will be competing with local businesses, I had not noticed a shortage of pharmacies in Rochester.

Your son has great taste in music, Jeff!
Ray: Walgreens is more than a pharmacy. There's a lot of stuff you can get there and it's open 24 hours.

Is this location going to be open 24 hours?
I know not all locations are open 24 hours and have not yet heard what the plans are for this location.
