Park Place Apts. sold for $2M +

Park Place Apartments at 1903 17 St. S.E. at Rochester sold on Nov. 26 for an adjusted sale price $2.06 million to Park Place Apartments of Rochester LLC .

Now all they need is Boardwalk and they can put houses on the property. Heh.

The seller was Rochester Park Place Apartments. That entity bought the apartments in 2006 for $1.69M from 1903 17th Street LLC.

What's interesting is that M. Spiegler sold the apartments to B. Loftsgarrden for $1.65M in …1982. Then in 2005, it sold for $1.29M.
