New gift shop across from St Marys Hospital

First, a tip of the fedora to eagle-eye Jim Miner. He was the one to spot this new gift on Rochester's Second Street. And he also sent me word about all of the big, black VIP-mobiles rolling around the city Saturday.

A shop by the name of Mia & Fia is opening at1137 Second St. S.W.  across from St. Marys Hospital in the space last occupied by Kirsten's Knits. Kirsten's opened in 2004 replacing the La Parisian Beauty Salon.

A small green note on the window says Mia & Fia is not open today, because the duo are working to shape things up for the opening.
