Bio Business ground breaking

The dirt flew today as a crowd of Rochester leaders gathered downtown with Gov. Tim Pawlenty to wield golden shovels to officially kick off the construction of the Minnesota Bio Business Center.

The center is owed by the city, and space will be leased to businesses. The center is at 221 First Ave. S.W.

the Tollefson Building WAS very cool.

It looks like they're having fun burying taxpayer money with those shovels.
