The old Oddfellows building in downtown Rochester at 23 Second St. S.W. was purchased by 23 Second Street SW LLC on June 27 for $2.79 M.
This is the building that houses the downtown landmark Eagle Drug.
I should have more answers soon.
I do know that building last sold in 1998 for $700,000.

Since this happened when Think was still a Credit Union. does this mean Think's members will get a cut of the sale.
Wonder if the Oddfellows who sold it to Credit Union at a good price are happy to see them make such a profit off of it.
