More on Mantorville coffee house

I heard about this at the Rochester Area Builders Association networking night at Northern Lights. Here's the details:

Want to hang out in Mantorville?

So does Kristin Alexander. She and her partner, Adrianne McNiff, are creating the County Seat Coffeehouse, just across the street from the Historic Hubble House.

“I feel this area just needs a place to hang put - a place for good conversation and good food,” she says.
The plan is open the County Seat in August and start serving regular coffee along with espresso drinks. Food will include pastries and desserts made by McNiff with sandwiches, soups and salads. It will be open for breakfast and lunch.

It will also sell antiques and new gift items.

Are they taking over the empty cafe that is on the opposite corner from the Hubble? That place has been empty for over a year. That will be great to have someone in there.

Yup they are and there is another coffee shop coming to town too. Can Mantorville handle this business? Hope so. Give the Hubbell House some competition.
