PossAbilities will make a "major announcement" about the organization's future next week, according to a news release that was just issued:
PossAbilities Announces Next Generation of Funding, May 28
ROCHESTER, Mn - PossAbilities Executive Director Eileen Wallace will make a major announcement about the future of PossAbilities during a press conference at the PossAbilities Administrative Center, on May 28 at noon.
WHAT: State funding has not been sufficient to meet operational needs at PossAbilities and the Legislature did not authorize any increase in the session that just ended. PossAbilities now has to look for different funding resources to remain viable in the community; especially with the anticipated needs that the growth surrounding Destination Medical Center and other regional initiatives will bring for people with disabilities.
