Olmsted County District Court Judge Debra Jacobson has denied a request to extend a temporary injunction in the lawsuit against leadership at the Al-Corn Clean Fuel cooperative in Claremont. The ruling was issued this morning.
That means the Al-Corn board apparently can proceed with plans to schedule a "termination meeting" to reclaim the shares of the shareholders who are plaintiffs in the lawsuit. The judge's ruling doesn't keep the lawsuit from proceeding, but dissolves a temporary injuction ordered by a Dodge County District Court judge.
