From Ken Jones' update:
Thunderstorm Threat: Highest risk remains in Wisconsin - north and east of I-94. In our area, SE Minn most likely to see rain between 4 - 10 pm. We are on the edge of higher threat zone for hail and severe thunderstorms. One computer model shows the storms missing our area (more east and north). A different computer model shows the storms impacting us around 5 pm.
High heat and humidity: Before cold front moves through, the heat index will be higher. After the front moves through, temps will drop a few degrees, and begin to climb back to high heat index over the weekend.
