House fire Saturday in Rochester

Time and date of Incident:  2-16-2013, 1812 hours
Incident Address:  4367 Red Hawk Drive SE, Rochester, MN 55904
Situation Found:  Dryer on fire in basement.  Smoke throughout the house.
Actions Taken:  Extinguished the fire, searched for occupants, ventilated the structure, removed the destroyed clothes dryer.
Assisting Agencies:  Rochester Police Dept.
Damage Description:  Light smoke damage throughout the house, some water damage in the basement.
Damage Estimate:  $10,000
Civilian Injuries/Fatalities:  None.
