Beginning today and available for a limited time only, Culver's wild-caught Northwoods Walleye joins long-time guest favorite North Atlantic Cod on the menu. Each speciality is hand-cut, hand-battered and golden fried only after it has been ordered. While Culver's North Atlantic Cod is available year-round, the Walleye is featured for a limited time to ensure safe and responsible sourcing.
