Czech-out this concert

The Czech Heritage Partnership is proud to announce that on April 15, 2012 at 2:00 PM in St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, Spillville, Iowa a concert that has been under development for over a year will be presented by acclaimed faculty members of the Luther College (Decorah, IA) music department.

What better place to experience the genius of Antonín Dvorak’s Quintet for Piano and Strings in A Major, Op. 81, than in Spillville, Iowa, the village where Dvorak spent the summer of 1893, and in St. Wenceslaus Church (the oldest Czech Catholic Church in America) where he attended and played mass nearly every day he was here.
